Thankfully, there have been
very few problems with the download service but I'd prefer there
be none! It's aggrevating when you want an e-book or pattern
and can't get it immediately. I ordered a pattern from myself
to see exactly how it works. I took "screen shots"
of each step. I hope this makes things easier. You can E-mail me if you need more help.
Click either the "Buy
Now" or "Add to Cart" button. This is an example
of how the "Buy Now" transaction looks. Click the "Pay"
button.

When the payment is complete
you will see this type message. Click on the "Continue to
Download" button.

PC Users: You must Right-Click the link in the bottom
right corner and choose "Save Link As..." or "Save
Target As..." to save the file to a location on your computer. If
this doesn't work see the next step.
Mac Users: Simply click the link below to save the file
to your computer. If you have problems, try Option + Click and
the "Save to Disk" command to save the file to your
computer. If this doesn't work see the next step.

It didn't give me an
automatic download. I have a new computer and I may have done
something wrong but I found a fix! When I saw the title like
shown below I went to "file" and found the "Save
As" command. Like magic the pdf file appeared on my desktop!
I'm sorry but I don't know the command to do save on a PC.

You will receive an e-mail
after you order. The download link is also shown on this letter. If
you have waited too long and the download has expired you'll
find a place that will send an e-mail to me from the service.
It will ask me if I want to allow you to download again. When
I authorize that download you will get an e-mail and all is ready
for another download.
